Our Coconut Cream provides creamier and flavourful taste on different dishes and is also a perfect daily alternative for different products like cake, pudding and ice cream. It can also be an ingredient for salad and thick sauces.
For a creamy but lighter consistency, our Coconut Milk is the best choice. It is commonly mixed in South East Asian cuisine like curries and soups, and is also used in yogurt and smoothies.
Popular for its health benefits, it is known to be used as a food supplement and a cosmetic ingredient. It naturally contains Antioxidants, Vitamin E, and Fatty Acids converted as energy for the body.
Our Frozen Coconut Water Concentrate can be consumed as a beverage when reconstituted to its drinkable level which is a good source of natural electrolytes. It can also be used as an ingredient for baking and cooking.
We harvest coconuts at prime maturity (11-13 months) and dehusk it. The coconut water is extracted and enters a filtration system. It will be de-oiled, pasteurized, chilled, and evaporated, which becomes our Frozen Coconut Water Concentrate.
Upon extracting the coconut water, the nut will be de-shelled, washed, blanched, and raw coconut cream will be extracted. The cream will undergo in-line blending and homogenization. As a result, it will be our Aseptic Coconut Cream or Aseptic Coconut Milk.
The raw coconut cream will enter a series of high speed centrifuge that will separate the coconut oil from the coconut milk. The coconut oil will be vacuum dried and filtered to produce our Wet Process Centrifuge-Extracted Virgin Coconut Oil. The separated coconut milk will be our Aseptic Skimmed Coconut Milk after it has been homogenized.
