Coconut Milk is not only one of the healthiest things you could add to your diet; it’s also a tasty ingredient for your dishes. This product comes with a whole variety of applications that could help widen your lineup of recipe or bring a certain rich and creamy texture to the ones you already know how to make. Gang Garee Gai is the Thai take on yellow chicken curry, again made with coconut milk and seasoned with fragrant yellow curry paste. Finally, coconut milk pairs great with all kinds of seafood, so don’t be afraid to use it when stewing up mussels, shrimp, or other kinds of shellfish. You can also simmer whole fish fillets in coconut milk with some lemongrass, basil and fish sauce.


We’ve talked about how coconut milk can be a great lactose-free dairy substitute, making it perfect for vegans and the lactose intolerant alike. You can also use it in place of creamer in your coffee, make whipped cream with it, and even create yogurt and ice cream.
