A groundbreaking ceremony was held on December 2, 2015 in Tupi, South Cotabato, Philippines. This will be the first of its kind in the country. This multi-million investment, high-technology processing facility will convert indigenously-grown coconuts into premium-grade, high-quality processed coconut products for both the local and foreign markets.
Coconut Processing Plant Joint Venture
Behind the processing facility is Roxas Sigma Agriventures, Inc. (RSAI). This is a joint venture between Roxas & Company, Inc. (RCI) and Sigma Xynergies, Corp.. The state-of-the-art coconut processing facility will create remarkable opportunities for the coconut farmers of Tupi and the nearby municipalities.
