- 8 oz espresso
- ½ cup Skimmed Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. dark chocolate sauce
- Prepare the espresso.
- Divide the espresso between two mugs, then add half of the skimmed coconut milk, sugar and chocolate sauce to each mug.
- Stir to combine then add the ice.
- Serve as an iced latte, or pour the latte with an ice in a blender and mix it up for a Frappuccino style drink.
